Use headlights from 7.00pm to 7.00am, in rain, and whenever visibility is poor. Dip headlights when following or meeting traffic.

Drink-driving limits
The handbook gives 80mg alcohol per 100ml blood and 35ug per 100ml breath as prescribed limits, while warning that the safe rule is not to drive after drinking.
